Today I’m bringing you photos from the second model home I toured at The Aberdeen. This home has a more traditional layout and buyers who are accustom to living in a single-family house will find it’s layout familiar and comforting. The Inverness model features two large bedrooms (each with a private bath), a huge living room, separate dining room and den. There is also a really nice terrace to enjoy the skyline view.

When I visited The Aberdeen, the final touches were being placed throughout the property. Lucky for me and you, the models were finished, it was a beautiful day and I was able to bring you these interior shots. Vinings has always been a great place to call home, especially if you don’t want to live in the city of Atlanta. As a resident living in Vinings, you will enjoy low Cobb County tax benefits. This can amount to huge savings if you don’t mind the short drive to Buckhead, Midtown and the Perimeter. It really makes Vinings and The Aberdeen quite attractive.
