One Vinings Mountain Penthouse 1016

Today’s penthouse is located just outside of Atlanta at One Vinings Mountain. The owner happens to be an architect, so she knew right away the standard builder finishes and design wouldn’t do the place justice. She moved walls, ripped out cabinets and flooring and added smart wiring throughout the condo. This was a labor of love and I think it really paid off. Everything in this penthouse is the real deal – heavy doors, great appliances, thick windows, great space and light.
