They could have easily created something quite stuffy and traditional, but instead they are choosing to move forward and modernize how people look at the Ritz. Ten Seventy Five at the Loews is coming along nicely. The building has reached it’s full height and the glass exterior has almost been completely installed. I took these photos when I was inside the amazing 1010 Midtown penthouse last week.

I stopped by the sales center for The Brookwood yesterday and took some photos of their very chic model home. The finishes are tasteful and modern, without being stark. The Brookwood is Atlanta’s first green high-rise community, which means things like paint and carpeting systems that reduce indoor air contaminants, eco-friendly fireplaces and other energy saving features.  Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

The luxury condo project sitting on top of the new Loews Atlanta Hotel is coming along nicely. To my knowledge, the condos do not have a formal name yet. The structure of the building in nearly complete and the glass exterior only has a few more floors of installation. I love the reflection of 1010 Midtown in the glass.
