If I had an extra $7,000,000+ in the bank, I might be tempted to purchase this 48th floor condo located at Sovereign. All I need is imagination, an architect, interior designer and really deep pockets.
With 7,853 square feet inside and 1,719 square feet of covered terraces, there is plenty of room to make a home worthy of Architectural Digest or Architectural Record. Walking around the space, it’s was hard to take my eyes off the beautiful views all around me. The unit is listed as a four bedroom, four full bath and two half bath residence. Of course this can be changed to suit your lifestyle and needs. I think it would be really fun to create a two bedroom condo. There are plenty of hotels within walking distance, plus the guest suite inside the building to handle your overflow. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

Atlanta has come a long way when it comes to SKYrise living. When only the best will do, there aren’t as many choice properties as one would imagine. For the past few weeks, I’ve been taking a long hard look at what (I think) are the best properties on the market today. Best of all – they really are for sale. You’re probably wondering where this shot was taken – try the penthouse at 10 Terminus Place. It was amazing day and I can’t wait to share the rest of the photos with you. This condo is even bigger than the last Terminus penthouse I showed you a while back. The terrace is so large you probably could have fit a pool on it pre-construction. Too late for that now, but one thing is for sure – you will have the most glorious sky garden in Atlanta.

Last week I took you inside The Mansion’s residential lobby and some of the hotel. Today we are going up to the 42nd floor, where work has begun on the model home. What you are going to see is just the start of the model. The furniture, artwork, objects and everything else that goes into making a grand space still needs to be installed.
I learned a lot about The Mansion on my visit and why this is one of Atlanta’s greatest architectural buildings in years. The complexity of the design isn’t fully understood until you are walking around from room to room within the spaces. Everything you see at the model is merely a suggestion.
