Luxe still has the best Penthouse available (in my opinion). The giant one facing the park has been sold, but I think this one is much better. This penthouse has a massive 1,500 square foot terrace facing the skyrise buildings of Downtown and Midtown. In the evening, I think it’s much better to have a skyrise view, much more interesting than the park (which will be dark for the most part( in the evening.

I thought I would include this information as well in case you were wondering what the amenities available to residents were going to be like. From what I can tell, this is going to be luxury living, steps away from famed Piedmont Park. I’ll post another entry with the details on the condo residences.
