Luxe still has the best Penthouse available (in my opinion). The giant one facing the park has been sold, but I think this one is much better. This penthouse has a massive 1,500 square foot terrace facing the skyrise buildings of Downtown and Midtown. In the evening, I think it’s much better to have a skyrise view, much more interesting than the park (which will be dark for the most part( in the evening.
This Penthouse is on floor 22 and has dramatic 14+ft ceilings w/ panoramic views of Piedmont Park, Midtown/Downtown skylines. Entertain on 2 outside terraces. Large living area w/ separate dining area, open kitchen w/ Bosch ss appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors in foyer, kitchen & living, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. I know they were tweaking the floorplan when I took my hard-hat tour. This will set you back $1,549,900. Well worth the price for the space and location. It’s a steal.
