The St. Regis Hotel & Residences, located at 88 West Paces in Buckhead, are destined to be the finest homes in the area for condominium living. 

Atlanta’s top designers will transform 3 luxury condominiums into exquisite interior design schemes. I have been inside two of the spaces and they are quite large! These spaces haven’t been released for sale yet. In my opinion, the developer has been holding back on the best spaces in the building! The ceiling are quite high – about 20′ or more and feature spectacular views. I’m really excited to see how the spaces look in April.

The St. Regis Atlanta is set to open on March 1, 2009, where the average sale for a condo for sale is $3,000,000. Pretty hefty price tag for a luxury condo, but even at that price point they have sold all but five of the 50 residences.

The remaining five units are priced at:

Unit 1440 – $4,800,000
Unit 2040 – $4,500,000
Unit 1210 – $3,900,000
Unit 1240 – $3,700,000
Unit 1640 – $3,400,000

The St. Regis Hotel & Residences is set to open in March 2009. The hotel and residences are well underway. Officials topped out the St. Regis Hotel and Residences on West Paces Ferry Road with speeches and a barbecue lunch. 

The hotel, which will have 150 rooms and 52 condos, is the latest Buckhead luxury hotel to be offered to Atlanta residents. Other luxury hotels in the city include the Four Seasons (Midtown), The Mansion on Peachtree (Buckhead) and the Ritz Carlton (Buckhead). 

The five remaining residences are priced from $3,400,000 – $4,800,000. Each residence has a corner outdoor terrace with fireplace and built-in gas grill.
