If I had an extra $7,000,000+ in the bank, I might be tempted to purchase this 48th floor condo located at Sovereign. All I need is imagination, an architect, interior designer and really deep pockets.
With 7,853 square feet inside and 1,719 square feet of covered terraces, there is plenty of room to make a home worthy of Architectural Digest or Architectural Record. Walking around the space, it’s was hard to take my eyes off the beautiful views all around me. The unit is listed as a four bedroom, four full bath and two half bath residence. Of course this can be changed to suit your lifestyle and needs. I think it would be really fun to create a two bedroom condo. Sovereign was made for entertaining. Servicing 84 residences (maybe less if buyers have combined units), Regent Partners has made living the high life even better for those lucky to call Sovereign home. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit and talk, have a cocktail and relax in complete style. The furnishings are comfortable and modern and everywhere you look there is an interesting mix of materials.
