This gorgeous 3 bedroom model home at the Ritz-Carlton Residence in Buckhead has everything I’m looking for in a condo. It has beautiful views, a great space (2,699 interior sq. ft./182 sq. ft outside) and really nice finishes. But I’m not looking, you are! The 03 floor plan has 3 different variations and I’m showing you the two-bedroom with den version (03B).

Atlanta Homes & LIfestyles recently featured this model in their last issue, but they didn’t show you the awesome view it has. I think this condo has some of the best views in the city. The building sits back from the main activity and at the edge of a historic neighborhood, so the views from your windows look even better.

I thought you might enjoy seeing this rendering of how TOMO will look when it opens at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead next year. Restaurants Consulting Group is overseeing the entire project, from design to completion. It should be quite beautiful. RCG has been instrumental in some of Atlanta’s coolest spaces, like MF Buckhead, Taurus, Lotus Lounge, Aiko and Re’past.

Looking at the rendering, I think we are standing toward the back of the space looking forward to the main drive. When you pull into the development off Peachtree-Dunwoody Road, there will be another entry between the parking garage and the main building (shown to the right of the rendering). Look at my previous post to see the layout.

Hopefully TOMO will be utilizing the outdoor terrace for al fresco dining if it’s part of the space! We need more outdoor dining spaces that aren’t on a main road!

I took a client (and good friend) to see the Ritz-Carlton Residences yesterday. While we were chatting at the entrance to the building, he noticed a large window covering with the word “TOMO” across it. Sure enough it’s the same TOMO in Vinings. With modern interiors and stunning views of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Downtown, the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead announces it’s arrival with a great sense of style. The finishes inside each home reflect quality, substance and luxury. The building looks finished on the outside, but they still have to finish the public rooms and lobby before closing can begin in February. I drove to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead today to see how they have been progressing. It looks like they are completing the finishing work outside the building and are nearly complete. My observations: the drive is almost finished, undersides of the terraces are being painted (It’s a simple finishing technique that makes the building look great from street level. How many condo projects can you count that leave the concrete unpainted?), landscaping is installed and growing beautifully, glass paneled terrace railings have been installed, parking garages are complete, exterior glass is being washed.
