I drove to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead today to see how they have been progressing. It looks like they are completing the finishing work outside the building and are nearly complete. My observations: the drive is almost finished, undersides of the terraces are being painted (It’s a simple finishing technique that makes the building look great from street level. How many condo projects can you count that leave the concrete unpainted?), landscaping is installed and growing beautifully, glass paneled terrace railings have been installed, parking garages are complete, exterior glass is being washed. The Ritz-Carlton Residences at 3630 Peachtree is really coming together. They will have three or four models, two of which I know will be completed in a couple weeks. When the Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta opens its doors later this year, residents are going to be relaxing and entertaining in pure style. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta in Buckhead is located on the corner of Peachtree Road and Peachtree-Dunwoody Road, crowning the upper portion of 3630 Peachtree. I love this building! The Ritz is taking their brand and making it relevant to today’s buyers. They could have easily created something quite stuffy and traditional, but instead they are choosing to move forward and modernize how people look at the Ritz.
