I took a client to Terminus this afternoon to take a look at one and two bedroom condos. I was thoroughly impressed with progress they have made. I keep using the word substantial when I describe the finishes throughout the project, but it’s the one word that always crosses my mind. Quite often I take clients to buildings and I’m not to thrilled with the end result. Terminus is head and shoulders above the rest. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case you get so much more.

If you are looking for a decent amount of space in the middle of Buckhead, Terminus is the place you want to be. I walked through the model (which was still being put together) about a month ago and it really looked fantastic. This amazing model home will be open to view right around July 4th.

The model was completed a few weeks ago, but the developer was waiting to complete the amenities deck before allowing it to be shown. No hardhats! The space is glorious and I think you are going to be thoroughly impressed by what you see.

The model’s layout has been tweaked slightly. The dining room is now the living room, the living room closest to the kitchen is the dining room, and the larger living room is now a media room. This is a much better use of space. When you are sitting in the living room, you look out the window to the downtown skyline. 

The master bathroom is huge by condo standards. (Take a look at my previous posts for some photos.) The balconies are a little small for my taste, but they are perfect for a couple chairs and a small table. For a larger terrace, you need to be on the opposite corner of the building, or much higher up.

Prices in the FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service ) range from $344,900 to $3,022,000 .

I recently went on a tour of the amenities deck and residences (including the well under way model home) of 10 Terminus. All I can say is this is going to be a fantastic place to live. They are about 36% sold thus far. Once people start going into the units, I think they will be impressed by the finish level and amenities available to them. The 3 bedroom unit is spectacular, with his and hers adjoining bathrooms (tub and separate shower in between), gourmet kitchen with Wolf gas range, built-in cabinetry throughout, hardwoods, 10 foot ceilings, wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, ipod docking stations, and the list goes on and on… The building is substantial. Solid core doors, halogen lighting, etc… They have though everything, right down to the electrical outlets located at the top of the walls next to the windows… automated drapes or blinds anyone? The 3 bedroom model home should be ready shortly for viewing, so if you are interested in taking a look, please call me to set up an appointment. 

The amenities deck has everything you could ever want and far surpasses what Atlanta condos have offered in the past. A very large pool overlooking Buckhead and the downtown skyline, a doggie walk area, outside grills, outdoor yoga area, catering kitchen, clubhouse, guest suites concierge and the list continues. It’s going to be an amazing place to live.

Still in the 1 bedroom unit, the kitchen is nicely done with a large island big enough for six people, granite counter tops, built-in hidden appliances and Wolf gas stove.

The 3 bedroom master bathroom is more than you would ever expect from a condo, walls and floors of marble his and her separate sides with sinks, water closet and walk-in closets They share the tub and shower.

Step inside and you’ll understand why in-town living can be so good. Terminus is going to be like living in a five star hotel, giving you everything you need right at your doorstep. There are some really great places to eat right below your residence (Lola, MF Buckhead, Aquaknox, Bricktops). All you have to do is make your reservation on OpenTable and take the elevator down to main level. Simple.  I previously posted some pictures of the pool deck under construction, so this should give you an idea of what the finished product will look like.
