I took a look (last week) at this beautiful, stunning resale at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Atlanta in Buckhead and its one of my favorite condos in Atlanta. I seriously could move in here with my toothbrush and some personal items. I think the condo is very tastefully designed and the floor plan is well thought out. It is also on my preferred side of the building. I love all of the neutral tones and comfy seating!
This home include 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one-half bath with approximately 3,497 interior square feet and a private 262 square foot terrace (with a Viking gas grill and fireplace). It is also completely wired for centralized audio and video distribution.
The color palette throughout the unit is timeless and includes exquisite Provenza Siberian Oak hardwood flooring throughout the entire home. A Francios & Co. Scagliola Stone hand-carved fireplace mantel anchors one wall at the end of the great room.
The 19’6 x 16′ Chef’s Kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Miele appliances. The kitchen also has a large center island of solid quartzite in polished Marmi Invierno, a spacious walk-in, hidden pantry, custom cabinetry with polished nickel hardware and sleek plumbing fixtures. This is one of my favorite condo kitchens because it is a room you can entertain in. There is plenty of counter space, two sinks and seating for six people at the end of the island.
The great room is pretty fantastic. This is a huge space at 44 feet by 16 feet. There is plenty of room for two seating areas and a dining table. Six expansive windows line the walls to take in the gorgeous views and let plenty of sun shine in. A cozy bar is just off the great room, along with a pass-through window for views into what’s happening in the kitchen.
One of the great things about this unit are the stunning views. You clear the neighboring buildings and get amazing postcard views from all windows (like the Buckhead skyline, Lenox Square fireworks, and a highly desirable Southern skyline).
Overall, this condominium is a knock-out!
