Crescent Resources To Develop Luxury Apartments on Remaining Land at Terminus

Crescent Resources, a residential developer, has entered into a contract to purchase and develop the remaining undeveloped land at Terminus as an apartment community, called Circle @ Terminus.  As of right now, Crescent is going through an initial due diligence process to determine the feasibility of the site and has filed a site plan with the City of Atlanta.

According to my sources, the project is in the very early planning stage and will have some hurdles to go through before we can see a ground-breaking. The rendering provided shows us standing in front of the Terminus 200 building with the drive to the right leading to the valet in front of Bricktops. The contemporary apartment building shown would sit on the undeveloped land just behind the Hyatt hotel.  According to what I previously found out, the project would have about 300 apartments.

Below is a photo of the land as seen from Sovereign. I placed the key guide where I believe the new development will be. It appears that the folks living at Terminus will not have any view obstructions.

Crescent’s plan includes two additional buildings of similar style and scope; one located on the land north of the Terminus 200 building and another on the north side of Highland Drive.

That’s great news, hope it gets built. I would love to see more foot traffic in the area along that stretch up to lenox square.
