Crescent Resources To Develop Luxury Apartments on Remaining Land at Terminus

Crescent Resources, a residential developer, has entered into a contract to purchase and develop the remaining undeveloped land at Terminus as an apartment community, called Circle @ Terminus.  As of right now, Crescent is going through an initial due diligence process to determine the feasibility of the site and has filed a site plan with the City of Atlanta. Watershed restaurant opened at The Brookwood, a 219-unit, mixed-use condominium community located on Peachtree Street in the heart of the historic Brookwood neighborhood. The eatery, owned by Indigo Girls’ Emily Saliers, has received awards and rave reviews on both local and national levels for over twelve years. Watershed’s Chef Joe Truex, a native Southerner, has designed a new menu of Southern-inspired dishes using the freshest ingredients (think local organic growers).
