Luxury never left.  New owner Tavistock Group brings a fresh approach to comfortable luxury at the St. Regis Residences Buckhead with four new model homes. This is the pinnacle of condominium living and you will see why from the photos. Each of the 52 residences in the building is either a quarter, half or full floor condominium and that makes for truly spacious units.

Tavistock Group took over the building in February 2011 (for an undisclosed dollar amount) and made numerous changes to the hotel and residences. They felt the property needed to be more approachable and could benefit from an extra sparkle. Above and Below: The 32′ x 22′ Living Room – approximately 704 square feet of space (as big as some people’s entire condo!). The space has multiple seating areas and a huge tv screen which drops down from the ceiling for private screenings of the latest movies. The dark brown built-in cabinetry (to the right in the above photo) houses a second television for more informal gatherings. Drapery pockets hide the hardware – one of my favorite features in any home. It’s a seamless blend of comfort and style in one large space for entertaining.

This room also has smart translucent doors leading to the dining room – a great idea which lets the light shine through, but keeps everything out of view from your dining guests.
