Terminus Now SOLD OUT!

Terminus atlantaSKYrise.com

Just this afternoon Cousins has closed the very last of the developer units at 10 Terminus Place (in one of the most challenging real estate markets). A couple weeks ago, Cousins CEO Larry Gellerstedt said he expected the project to be out of 10 Terminus Place (and the condo market) in the next couple of quarters. It looks like they can pack up sooner than expected.

How did they manage to sell everything? It’s all about price as you might have guessed. I’m really super excited to see the building doing so well. I have a number of clients living in the building and they are all quite happy with their purchase! Currently there is a single resale unit for sale. The 32-story tower opened in 2008 and has 137 luxury condominiums.

  • Just saw a listing for unit 1605 in Terminus, seems to be a steal at 445K. Am I wrong in wondering what might be wrong with this unit? I know it doesn’t have a half bath, but from the pictures the skyline is not obstructed and the unit is gorgeous and looks to be in superb condition. I would expect that price for a unit on the other side of the building with no skyline view. Wondering what gives- too much noise from below? Just curious.

  • Seller paid $425,000 back in 2009 for the unit. The last D2 unit sold in August 2010 for $400,000. The unit itself is gorgeous and is done beautifuly inside. You can’t really here the street from below because you are still well above the street level on floor 16. a D1 unit with 1932 square feet sold in the building in January 2011 for $500,000. There were some upgrades in the unit.
