On the Market: Jane Fonda’s Copenhill Penthouse Loft $4,500,000
After being in Atlanta for 19 years, Jane Fonda is ready to start a new chapter in her life. She put her stunning contemporary loft on the market, offering it for sale at $4,500,000. The penthouse is actually four combined units which were purchased in the Copenhill Lofts building downtown (about six miles from my listing at Centennial Park West). It has three bedrooms, 3 baths and is about 5,000+/- square feet.
She is moving into a one-bedroom, 1.5 bath rental (asking was $5,000 per month) at the famed Sierra Towers, the star-studded West Hollywood condo building on Doheny Drive. I’m sad to see she’s moving. This is a beautiful place. We did all the custom metal (monumental stair and railings, stainless steel door and sliding bookshelf ladder) for this unit and it’s great to see Nathan’s photos.

Her loft is amazing! I absolutely love it and the custom metal work is stunning, not overdone.

Just looking for now. My aunt lives in Sandy Springs, my mom has beachfront property in Myrtle Beach, and I am in Dallas right now, but we’ll see… Thanks for the detailed pictures and price info. It makes it that much easier for me.
