Yes, it&#039;s nice that they&#039;re not adding to inventory, but it seems to me that this is a completely different strata than most of the Midtown product. 

$649K for a one bedroom? I just got a rockin&#039; 2BR resale for $285K, two blocks away at Metropolis. 

It&#039;s still thoroughly modern and pleasant. Yes, I&#039;m sure the finishes and amenities are nicer at the Loews, but a good bit of that stuff ages over time. Ultimately it&#039;s a bunch of concrete, some glass, and a location.</description>
