Last week I went to the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, Atlanta to take a look at a finished 14th floor condominium. It is a completely custom unit. Everything from the floor plan to the granite and millwork has been chosen for this single unit and no other condo in the building will look the same. So if you are looking for something truly unique, look no further. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

I drove to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead today to see how they have been progressing. It looks like they are completing the finishing work outside the building and are nearly complete. My observations: the drive is almost finished, undersides of the terraces are being painted (It’s a simple finishing technique that makes the building look great from street level. How many condo projects can you count that leave the concrete unpainted?), landscaping is installed and growing beautifully, glass paneled terrace railings have been installed, parking garages are complete, exterior glass is being washed. It’s been a little over two months since the Aqua condo auction was held at the W Midtown. I thought it might be interesting to take another look at the results to see exactly what has closed. This post only deals with the auction results, not the sales in the building as a whole. If you are interested in knowing what has closed in the building, please contact me for more detailed information. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

The gardens at The Mansion on Peachtree have come a long way since they were first put in. It looks really beautiful in person, even on a cloudy day. It’s the perfect spot to relax outside away from Peachtree Road.

The fireworks display last night at Lenox Square ® was unbelievable and nothing short of spectacular. Thousands of people made their way to the mall to stake out their spot to watch the show. At one point there were so many people on Peachtree Road, the traffic came to a complete stand still and many people “listened” to the show in their cars.
