This year, one of Atlanta’s newest and prestigious properties will be home for the 2009 Decorator’s Show House & Gardens from April 18th to May 10th; The St. Regis Residences – Atlanta.
The St. Regis Hotel & Residences, located at 88 West Paces in Buckhead, are destined to be the finest homes in the area for condominium living.
Atlanta’s top designers will transform 3 luxury condominiums into exquisite interior design schemes. I have been inside two of the spaces and they are quite large! These spaces haven’t been released for sale yet. In my opinion, the developer has been holding back on the best spaces in the building! The ceiling are quite high – about 20′ or more and feature spectacular views. I’m really excited to see how the spaces look in April.

When the St. Regis Hotel opens on April 7th, it’s going to set a new standard for luxury and exclusivity in Buckhead, and Atlanta in general. The St. Regis Atlanta will offer a 151-room hotel (with each room featuring custom-designed furniture and five-fixture marble bathrooms), as well as 50 truly special condominium homes – all contained in a timeless 26-story high rise in the heart of Buckhead.

I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to having this stretch of Peachtree completed. Not because of the construction, but because I am anxious to see the buildings completed and occupied. We are going to end up with great new places to eat, sleep and shop, Speaking of sleeping, the new Loews Atlanta Hotel is sure to be the place to stay for those who want to be close to everything, including Piedmont Park. I spoke with Jason Winburn, VP of Residential Sales & Marketing for Daniel Corporation today regarding the condos on top of the new Loews Hotel at 1075 Peachtree Street in Midtown. While the building has been quietly rising above Peachtree Street for some time, not a lot of information has been released regarding the condos. (I’m calling this a “quiet pre-sale.”) I decided to find out how this component will fit into the 12th & Midtown blueprint.
