Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead Fab 2 Bedroom Model Tour (atlantaSKYrise exclusive)

Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta, Buckhead Condos for Sale

With modern interiors and stunning views of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Downtown, the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead announces it’s arrival with a great sense of style. The finishes inside each home reflect quality, substance and luxury. The building looks finished on the outside, but they still have to finish the public rooms and lobby before closing can begin in February. All in all, this is definitely a place I’d love to call home.

One thing I really love about this building is the location and we all know in real estate it’s always location, location, location. The Ritz sits on the edge of a forest-filled neighborhood called Brookhaven, but is within walking distance to major shopping and restaurants (including Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square). The building is just far enough away from everything without feeling isolated. Think of it like an oasis.

Home interiors by renowned interior designer Robert Brown embrace the rich traditions of the modern south in classically based elements with a nod to modern functionality. Respected for his unique sense of color and attention to detail, Brown was recently named Southeast Designer of the Year by the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center and Veranda magazine.

  • Haha, Starbucks Coffee. Beautiful building, although that little table in the first picture looks kinda awkward in front of the couch. Also, are those bottles of Gatorade in the ice bucket? It seems like San Pellegrino would be more appropriate but that’s just me… :]

  • Trey-

Enjoyed seeing your comments. There are actually two drink tables in from of the chairs..looks like one was moved out of the shot. The orange drinks are actually imported Italian sodas. I could never do Gatorade in my designs…I’m a UGA grad an not to fond of the gators. Good luck!

  • Oh.. Well, on a positive note, I do like the orange dining room table with the spiral horns in the middle! ;] I’m only 17 so yeah i’m a bit new to this stuff. I really like this blog though! lol I get twitter updates on my phone that tell me when a new post has gone up. Speaking of real estate blogs, I don’t know if you’ve heard of it but I literally read this blog called The Real Estalker daily. If you’ve never seen it you should totally check it out.

  • Welcome Trey and thanks for being a regular reader! I have seen the Real Estalker and it’s one of my favorite blogs… Big Mama has a unique point of view!

  • One of the great things about this building is its proximity to Phipps etc but thats no good if the streets are too dangerous to cross with all the traffic.

  • are all of these condos already furnished? because if im gonna purchase a condo i kind of want my own taste in it

  • Thanks for the photos Kevin. You site got me directed to this location and now I close on this same unit (24th floor) shortly.
