Ten Seventy Five at the Loews (photos of the day)
The Loews Atlanta Hotel is set to open the first quarter of 2010, but what’s going on with the residences? Jason Winburn with Daniel Corp. advised me in June the condos would be completed by January or February of next year.
If you have driven by the 12th and Midtown project, you have probably noticed Phase II is nearly completed and the interior finishing work is now being completed.

Don’t know how long they have been on the market, but I just saw the condos on top have official entered the rental market-in the 6K/month range.

They just hit the market. The starting prices are quite high for a one-bedroom!
