With modern interiors and stunning views of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Downtown, the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead announces it’s arrival with a great sense of style. The finishes inside each home reflect quality, substance and luxury. The building looks finished on the outside, but they still have to finish the public rooms and lobby before closing can begin in February. All in all, this is definitely a place I’d love to call home. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

I’m very happy to bring you another exclusive first look in and around the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead. Pictured above is the 18th Garden Deck which is nearly complete. I wasn’t able to walk around the space, but I did snap these photos from the 3 bedroom model home. Outstanding Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown/Downtown views surround you. I went to the Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead earlier this week to bring you this exclusive first look in and around the property. Today, I’m showing you the motor court and exterior landscaping. The grounds are done beautifully and there are great places to sit and talk, walk your dog (or have someone walk it for you) or just enjoy the outdoor air. I’m not sure about recession proof, but I do know this is a really great city to live in. With so much to offer its residents (the best restaurants, shopping, condo and home choices, culture and a huge music scene) Atlanta has been quietly growing and expanding in all areas. The Loews Atlanta Hotel is set to open the first quarter of 2010, but what’s going on with the residences? Jason Winburn with Daniel Corp. advised me in June the condos would be completed by January or February of next year. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature
