If you compare/ contrast 12th & Midtown with Terminus, you get a real sense of the growth of Atlanta. It is no longer an either or proposition regarding upscale living. You now have a city that has more than one location/ style for enjoying the best that urban living has to offer.

I remember hearing that CB2 was thinking about moving into the Atlanta market, but were looking at West Midtown near the Westside Urban Market & White Provisions. I'm glad that they went with the Midtown Mile instead. That's great news though! Hopefully there will be more retail announcements coming soon!
