I agree Frank. It’s the same issue I have with the Mansion. It’s a building clad in limestone, but the outparcel buildings are stucco. I don’t get it.

Luxe is a nice building but my one BIG complaint is all that stinkin’ stucco at the street level. Yuck! When will local developers learn to build some character at the sidewalk? Actually, I’ve been pleased with some of the recently completed buildings in that respect but this is not one of them.
