Cousins to Announce Reduced Pricing on Select Condos At Terminus
Cousins will announce huge savings on about 20 condos at its Terminus project this weekend. The concept is simple and it’s one that every buyer is searching for in today’s market. Reduced Pricing! Cousins is taking $100,000 off 1- bedroom’s, $200,000 off 2- bedroom’s and $300,000 off 3- bedroom’s. Remember, this is only on select condos/floor plans and there are a finite number of units available.
The previous program with Cousins financing is no longer available, but perhaps we’ll see it make a comeback. I think buyers like the idea of trying it before you buy (lease to own), but I’m thinking they will like price reductions better.
The E2 plan below (3 bedroom, 3 baths, 2,027 square feet) is normally priced from $801,900, but now is available from $501,900.

I’m glad they are adapting to the market. I was reading somewhere that Cousins has sold only about 13-15 of the 130+ units at Terminus, and about half of those people are full-time residents, is that true?

There are currently no rentals in the building and all residents are full-time.

The pricing is good. I really like the C2 floorplan. Creative use of space. I think I will go and cash in some of my GM shares…..
