Last week I went to the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, Atlanta to take a look at a finished 14th floor condominium. It is a completely custom unit. Wow, this is an amazing condo. The St. Regis really delivered! My favorite feature is the outdoor terrace complete with a gas grill. I would sure make use of that!

Do owners have a choice of custom railings for the balcony, or are they all the same?

The owners have no choices for custom railings. They are already installed and were chosen by the developer.
