Ritz-Carlton Residences at 3630 Peachtree Nearing Completion

I drove to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Buckhead today to see how they have been progressing. It looks like they are completing the finishing work outside the building and are nearly complete. My observations: the drive is almost finished, undersides of the terraces are being painted (It’s a simple finishing technique that makes the building look great from street level. How many condo projects can you count that leave the concrete unpainted?), landscaping is installed and growing beautifully, glass paneled terrace railings have been installed, parking garages are complete, exterior glass is being washed.
At the end of this post are links to my luxury condo site with more Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta information, as well as residences available for purchase right now!

Thanx for the photo update. I also see the website has been updated with floor-plans and all! I was wondering from the angle of the building would the 05 and 01 floor-plans be able to view the skyline? Also I didn’t see yet but the website is probably still being updated, any info on the private garages. I wonder what’s the going rate to add the private garage option.

This looks like a great blog, mine has just started but I see some things I’ll probably implement for mine. The building looks absolutely beautiful though. How is real estate in Atlanta?

Pretty building! They did a good job on the driveway lined with trees.

The market is heating up Graham! I can tell by the number of calls I have been getting lately.
