It’s been a little over two months since the Aqua condo auction was held at the W Midtown. I thought it might be interesting to take another look at the results to see exactly what has closed. This post only deals with the auction results, not the sales in the building as a whole. The gardens at The Mansion on Peachtree have come a long way since they were first put in. It looks really beautiful in person, even on a cloudy day. It’s the perfect spot to relax outside away from Peachtree Road.

The fireworks display last night at Lenox Square ® was unbelievable and nothing short of spectacular. Thousands of people made their way to the mall to stake out their spot to watch the show. At one point there were so many people on Peachtree Road, the traffic came to a complete stand still and many people “listened” to the show in their cars.
