Wow, the prices really have come down, I wonder what the final price will be on unit 49 when that eventually closes.

The prices in The Mansion have already come down. Click on the slider above and choose a listing, when the property loads scroll down and look at the details section. You can view price increases/decreases where it says Listing Price History. You can also start your search by choosing Price Drops from the main search section.
I’m not quite sure Sovereign will follow suit. Regent recently paid off the debt on the building so there would be no reason to reduce the pricing. They have had two more sales and they were large ones.

wow! that;s sooo low of the asking price! someone is very very lucky. I am looking forward to seeing this penthouse in Elle Home.
