atlantaSKYrise ® has been improved since we last spoke, so I thought I would share the changes. One of the most useful features on my site has been updated – the search function. The search speed has been improved by 30%, making it even faster to get your results. The search function wasn’t slow to being with, in fact it always loads very quickly, but now it’s lightening fast at the speed of ridiculous.

The Mansion on Peachtree’s duplex penthouse sold quietly for quite a bit less than the asking price. The property went under contract in May and sold on June 1st. The purchasers paid all cash. The sale was posted on FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service).

The Ritz-Carlton Residences at 3630 Peachtree is really coming together. They will have three or four models, two of which I know will be completed in a couple weeks.
