No surprise here. Atlanta-based Tivoli Properties will use Boston’s Accelerated Marketing Partners to conduct an auction to sell the remaining 20 developer units at Aqua Midtown. A minimum bid of $179,000 for a one- bedroom approximately 1,000 square-foot unit will be the lowest priced available unit. The St. Regis Atlanta Hotel & Residences opened officially today shortly before noon with a few hundred guests in attendance. It was a really special event to attend, so thanks to Jay Jacob! If you follow my blog, you have seen some pre-construction photos of the interior a while back. You are going to be amazed at how it all came together. The W Atlanta Downtown Hotel & Residences is located in Allen Plaza, a large mixed-use development conveniently located close to Midtown and everything Atlanta has to offer. Even with the convenient location, Allen Plaza has office space, retail shops, restaurants, apartment rentals and nightlife, making it a self-contained destination. In previous years, Downtown Atlanta didn’t have very much to offer, but when the W brand comes into town, you know everything is about to change.
