Today’s penthouse is located just outside of Atlanta at One Vinings Mountain. The owner happens to be an architect, so she knew right away the standard builder finishes and design wouldn’t do the place justice. She moved walls, ripped out cabinets and flooring and added smart wiring throughout the condo. This was a labor of love and I think it really paid off. Everything in this penthouse is the real deal – heavy doors, great appliances, thick windows, great space and light. The day I went to photograph her unit, it was a slightly cloudy, but the entire space was still flooded with light. 

Finding your way around.

In the foyer, the narrow entry corridor has been removed to allow you to see the spectacular views once you walk through the front door. Special lighting has been installed throughout the unit to show off your sculptures and art work. Travertine flooring is used throughout the unit instead of the builder’s standard wood flooring.
