		<description>At first I was a fan of this space, but the more I look at it, the more I feel as if they didn&#039;t make the best use of space. This unit is 8800sq ft, but there is no way to include specialty rooms like a theater for instance without sacrificing things like hallways for instance. The space just seems stretched and narrow. Am I wrong in my assumption Kevin?</description>
