I have spoken with the on-site agent and I know what they are likely to do on pricing, which makes this penthouse a very good purchase. Very nice touches in the model kitchen. Having a low density building and interior alarms in each residence is a plus. I also appreciate the fact that on the astoria website they list everything that's included in the HOA fees, basic cable, T-1 internet connection etc. Thanks for sharing. I like this space.
