Ok, thanks Kevin. With all these new projects competing for everyone’s business I was just curious to see what different perks, besides all the amenities, these towers are offering to buyers as apart of their HOA fees besides exterior upkeep, employee salaries etc., I was thinking water, internet, cable etc.I was just curious to see if there is a central place where non realtors could get this info and compare. But if I ever have any specifics I’ll e-mail you. Thanks.

Hi Chris, I have the information for a number of projects. Email me and I’ll provide you with everything you need. Each condo offers different services and amenities. Luxe includes a bunch of things in their HOA, but they go beyond that and offer concierge services – like walking your dog and handling your dry cleaning. The Astoria’s HOA fees run about .28 per square foot – which is very good.

Thanks for the update Kevin; I love the building. Separate question, is there a way to find out what is covered in these different HOA fees for these new condo towers? or would one have to call around and ask sales reps what is included. Just curious…thnx
