According to what I learned, the developer is not going to release floor plans or renderings of the condos. They are a trying “quiet” marketing approach and hope to gain interest without a lot of marketing.

I have see the floor plans and they are glorious. The two and three bedroom plans are large and live like homes with big master bathrooms and walls of glass. My client and I went into the sales office and saw the start of their model home – which was under construction.

I will go back in about 5 weeks and take some photos or the furnished model.

As a follower of Atl properties, will there be published floor plans and pictures of the planned units? Thanks.

I think this is going to be a quiet sale property – word of mouth. I wouldn’t expect much advertising in the near future.

Interesting. Hopefully the public will get a bit more information as the construction progresses, but thanks for the bit of info you were able to share with of Kevin. Having separate pools for guests and residences is a plus-what was the ‘W’ thinking?
