At last count, Luxe was close to 40% sold, so I doubt they will be lowering their prices to match. One good thing about this building is the proximity to the park. That one factor makes this building more popular than most in Midtown. There are still some great buys in the building if you are looking. I’ve sold a 3-bedroom and a 1-bedroom in the building and both of my clients love it. Email me if you want some more information John.

Kevin, with the recent drop in prices at the W, do you expect prices at other close by properties in Midtown and near the park, like the Luxe, to be impacted?
