Luxe Midtown
Above: The relaxation area leading to the outdoor pool

I thought you might like to see the completed amenities area of Luxe. I think Margaret (the interior designer) did a beautiful job with common areas of the building. The color pallet is quite soothing and the furniture is timeless. The layout of the room above is slightly different from the rendering, but I think it works much better for the space. It’s a little more “entertainment” friendly. Luxe is a comfortable, relaxing place to call home – with the common areas being an extension of your condo.

The sales center should be moving into the building in a couple weeks, as soon as the space is built out. In the meantime, if you want to take a look, please call me and I’ll set up an appointment for you.

Below: The pool deck – we’ll have to wait until next year to swim, but I know it’s going to be a great sunny spot for lounging.

This weekend I’ll post the final exterior shots of the building.
