Luxe Midtown Chic Model Home To Open Shortly

The 2 bedroom model home at Luxe in Midtown breaks away from the traditional furnishings used in most condos across Atlanta. I always love the concept that less is more, and that’s exactly what you find upon entering the space – not too much, not too little, just right. The furnishings chosen are classic and modern without being too complicated. The color pallet is easy on the eyes and the designer makes great use of color in a sophisticated manner.
Speaking of color – it’s used tastefully splashed the condo. One of my favorite things in the living room is the orange shag carpet. It just works. Just like the space. There is plenty of room for your furnishings, including a comfortable space for conversation, a dining table and seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a gas range (dual fuel), microwave, and dishwasher by Bosch – all standard.

Upon entering the 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths condo, you arrive in a formal foyer with powder room and coat closet. It’s a sense of arrival. One of my clients said it best – the drama unfolds as you walk through the space. There are walls for artwork and architectural details that you will find in homes, not condos.

Floor to ceiling windows going from one side of the condo to the other flood the space with light. White sheer drapes are used to make the space more dramatic, but let the light shine in. Directly in front of you is an amazing view of the treetops, looking out toward Piedmont Park.

Walking down the hall, to the right is a door leading to the master suite. Further down the hall is the guest room, again with it’s own bathroom. The guest bedroom has large floor to ceiling windows so your guests can lay in bed and wake up to the view.
The master bedroom is quite spacious and has a small area for a home office, large bathroom (with double vanity, glass enclosed shower, tub), walk-in closet, and a glass door which leads out to the terrace.

Outside, you can relax on your large terrace overlooking the pool and treetops. It’s quite stunning to think you are just steps from Piedmont Park. The terrace is spacious by Midtown standards and can comfortably seat five or six people. These terraces are completely covered, so even if it rains you can still enjoy the outdoors.

Tastefully done. I wonder which furniture store is responsible for this wonderfully decorated condo? Maybe Ethan Allen like Terminus?

Some of the furniture is from Yes Home on Peachtree in the Metropolis building.

Jeff, our firm Barnett & Co. designed and furnished this model for the Luxe. We have been working with the Owners of this building since conception.
We will also be installing the amenity areas on the sixth floor the first week of November. Visit us then and let us know what you think.
