		<description>By those prices, I mean after the proposed drop of 200K on the top units and an average of 75K for the 1bd/1bth.  For having to share some amenities with hotel guests, the top unit on two levels shouldn&#039;t be above 2.2M and the 1bd/1bth should go anywhere from 240k-275k. If they want to move some units. Just my two cents :)</description>
