Sovereign – Above All… really (photo update)

Above: Standing in the Amenities Lounge looking up to the 29th floor overlook.
Sovereign was made for entertaining. Servicing 84 residences (maybe less if buyers have combined units), Regent Partners has made living the high life even better for those lucky to call Sovereign home. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit and talk, have a cocktail and relax in complete style. The furnishings are comfortable and modern and everywhere you look there is an interesting mix of materials.
Take a look at these photos of the 28th and 29th floor amenities area. In addition to what I am showing here, there is also a catering kitchen, conference room, guest suite and more.

Great photos; the lounge is great and the pool looks so inviting.

I love the pool deck furniture. This is a hard to beat offering and makes the Mansion look so dated.

I went to a cocktail party last night at Sovereign for their grand opening. The building looked amazing! The pool was bubbling – right under the lounge chairs in the pool are bubble jets. The hot tub fireplace was on too. There were hundreds of people there. They had four homes open for viewing ranging from 1.5 million to 2.6 million. I’m getting off track. I wanted to say when I was driving on 400 heading into Buckhead yesterday, the sun was shining on the buildings and Sovereign was shining like a beacon. The Mansion, while beautiful and elegant, looked pale in comparison.

I was reading online that the HOA dues/month at Sovereign is somewhere in the $10,000+ range? But I couldn’t find anything official to substantiate this claim. Do you know if this is remotely true? I know Park Avenue is around $3,000, but 10K?

Probably for a penthouse (maybe), but a unit I looked at with a client was going to be around $1300 a month for the HOA’s. That is based on the condos square footage.

Thanks for the info, I saw this ad on craigslist for sovereign and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the monthly HOA’s and thought this must be a typo.
