Luxe Midtown 3 Months from Delivery (photo update)

Above: Yes, it was a cloudy and rainy day today, but Luxe still looks amazing from any angle, in any light.
I was at Luxe today, viewing a one bedroom condo with a client and they are making considerable progress. You can really see the amenities area taking shape and there are a ton of people working in the building. The flooring is being installed, ceiling details are being completed and the landscaping is being put into large planters surrounding the 6th floor deck. The color pallet the developer has chosen for the interior of the building is calming and timeless.
One thing that really makes this a special project (aside from it’s park side location) is the mix of traditional and contemporary finishes. A prime example of this is in the Spa Room, which leads to the pool. The traditional trim work is beautiful, but the developer added some modern light blue acrylic panels on the walls. It really sets a soothing mood for the room. Once the furniture is in, it’s going to look amazing.

I was really impressed by the size of the fitness center – which is larger than most condo gyms. I am standing at the doorway, looking out to the pool. In the photo below, the treadmills will be placed against the curved window wall – which looks out to the skyrise.

The Club Room was quite lovely – complete with gorgeous trim on the walls and ceiling, a spacious catering kitchen and doors leading to the 6th floor terrace surround the building. It’s first class all the way.

Below is a completed one bedroom condo, which is ready for it’s first resident.

Prospective buyers can tour the building seven days a week, but it’s best to make an appointment. Weekends are jam packed with appointments, so walk-in clients plan ahead!

My favorite condo development in Midtown, things look to be moving along quite nicely, thanks for the update.
