Luxe Midtown’s Best Kept Secret
I took some clients to Luxe yesterday for a hardhat tour of the building and the developer has made some great progress. They are about 30% sold. This is really great considering the sales office has only been open for a few short months. I suspect as the building nears completion, that number will improve greatly. Buyers like to see the finished product first hand before they spend their hard earned cash. They now have a couple floors of finished units to show, complete with gorgeous kitchens, hardwood floors, spacious bathrooms and nice trim work.

As far as what’s really hot to purchase in the building right now, I would recommend purchasing unit 602. Why something on a lower floor? For starters, this unit happens to have a huge terrace that will be surrounded by lush plantings – complete with outdoor fireplace. If you like to entertain, you will love the outdoor space. And because this unit is on the amenities level, you have 13″ ceilings. There are only two of the units in the building, so it’s makes this a very special purchase. This unit is listed for only $974,900. This is a really great deal if you like to entertain outdoors – you are increasing your square footage by over 500 square feet. Are we in Midtown?
